Hey, these guys took $20k from me to start a tax prep business. John told me I would get all the training and support needed, as well as on going support. When asked how I search for help for my office, John told me if I had friends or relatives that would do, because if there were any questions I could get 24 hr support. I have paid so many fines, I am out of business, and it is tax season agin, Anyone else need help
