| Survey Scout Total Ripoff on Refund Policy I have Waited over 3 Weeks!! Internet Internet *Consumer Suggestion ..File w/ Clickbank or PayPal directly. |
| Company Survey Scout Address: www.surveyscout.com Internet U.S.A. Phone Number: Fax: |
I am here to say that Survey Scout does not refund your money as promised in their agreement. I requested a refund after doing surveys for a month for absolutely nothing. So I decided to ask for a refund. I followed there instructions and this closed my account as well. It also states if you dont want to wait longer dont contact them as your name will be put on the bottom of the list. OK so I didnt contact them. It has been over 3 weeks. I feel like I have waited long enough!! I would like my money back as stated in your guarantee. Melissa Newport, Michigan U.S.A.

| File w/ Clickbank or PayPal directly. | |
Hello, I know Survey Scout. I have actually heard they are less "aggressive" than other companies selling survey lists. Anyhow... Chances are you paid through ClickBank or PayPal. With PayPal simply file a dispute and make sure you choose "Item Never Received" and do NOT choose "item not as described". For ClickBank, simply e-mail them at sales@clickbank.com with your receipt # and request a refund. They will do it within 48 hours. Good luck! Chris - Bryan, Ohio U.S.A. |

| I wish I would have paid that way but I paid with my debit card | |
I paid with my debit card directly. I never paid through clickbank or paypal although now I wish I would have. It is just plain ridiculous. This isnt the first report on this company or other survey companies. I will find a way to get my money back. They are probably stalling to get past the 90 day guarantee. Who knows. Thanks anyways. | Surveyscout.Com better than most out there
I don't mean to intrude here but I also signed up on Surveyscout.Com and I have to say, they're not as bad as these people make them out to be. First, they said they had about 200-300 surveys to be done...this is true. Second, they say that they have software that automates it...this is also true, and it's free to download and use. Third, they say that you can make good $$$ by doing this part time...this is somewhat true, as long as you are a US resident b/c many of the surveys are only for US residents (but still good qty of international and Canadians)...the only misleading part is that 90% of the surveys obviously appeal to a specific demographic (ie: males with 2 children with incomes less than 100k and married only once) so you can't do many surveys...only a few once in a while unless you sign up on the 300 sites Surveyscout.com offers you...So I signed up with about 20 sites, I do about 1-2 surveys per week to pass the time and have made about $50 so far. Easy way to participate is to sign up for Surveyscout's Affiliate program, use your own affiliate ID to sign up (they send you your commissions to your Paypal account instantly) so your real cost is about $10 and you can make money on their affiliate program too! So it's not that bad and in fact, it's a little fun. Their site is very well organized and they maintain it regularily. Not a scam site, email me if you have questions as I liked them. About refunding, I can't say I know about their refund policies but anyone can make an easy $50 just by doing a few surveys so I suspect that people who want their money back are just too lazy to do a survey or two. My humble opinion - I'm not paid by the company or anything but have in fact made money from them above my subscription fee...just not the $1,000s I had hoped for LOL Mike - Vancouver, British Columbia Canada |

| Survey Scout Rip off | |
I too have been ripped off by this survey site. I filed a Remove Rip Off Report in October. I was told by survey scout to contact clickbank for a full refund and that it is unfair to the company to file a claim on these kind of sites because it is "unfair" to the company that they con't properly defend themselfves. I updated my ripoff report saying that perhaps I was being too impatient. I filed for refund and am still waiting 1 1/2 later. The only way I got a email in the first place is because i kept resenting the same message as many times as my nessesary- about 25 to be exact. And to the person that typed this last reputtal- this has survey scout employee written ALL OVER IT!!! Kati - Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania U.S.A. |

| Never gonna get a refund | |
I just wanted to comment on the person who said if you paid thru paypal or clickbank to file a dispute with them to get your money back. I bought something in April on ebay and used paypal to pay for it. I have never received the item and seller even admits to this. BUT I still have not received a refund from paypal. It is now July and I still don't have the item or my money. Watch out for "clickbank" and "Paypal" they claim buyer protection up to a $1000 but can't even refund me my 15 bucks!
