I bought a Samsung laser printer at buy.com, offered a $20 + $60 rebate. I got the $60 from Samsung, but those jerks denied my $20 because I'm supposedly "missing" the UPC and "original" receipts. I have made copies of all the stuff I mailed. They said they need the original receipt. Wait a minute here.... I'm keeping the original. That's my receipt!!! Not only that. I sent a copy to Samsung and strangely, they honored the receipt copy which is the packing list. I tried calling their rebate center twice at 877 776-7625 which is on perpetual hold with no end on sight or a dumb recording. Finally, if you hold long enough, about 3 hours, it will automatically disconnect. Try using their on line request for status.... it goes up in nowhere land. There is no response. Buy.com is sucks.
