Michelle L Zanuck of prudential California realty is acting as successor Trustee of the Vivienne t Gomez family Trust. Victor the only son of Vivienne Gomez is depressed and can't believe how he is being treated by the successor trustee who even called beneficiary and stated three times (I'll help you contest the trust) beneficiary was aware of the no contest clause when he did not agree the successor trustee became verbally abusive then her husband called beneficiary stated he'll say (the signature is not your mother's) then stated (were the trust were professionals) then threatened to file restraining orders the attorneys and the probate court. what really is a tragedy and bothers victor is how his mother's death has been handled she was a police officer for the LAPD child abuse unit on the attorney general commission to change child abuse laws a single mother be fore she was on the LAPD she was a nun good Sheppard victor states the trustee's actions are as follows selling home under fair market value against the last wishes of thruster/trustee V, Gomez and with out court approval and with out consent from beneficiary concealing 4 time share properties misconduct that reflex dishonesty deceit fraud bad faith conflict of interest breach of fiduciary duty intentional misrepresentation of the facts and much more and nobody cares names of people that are apart of this injustice are James F Roberts's attorney who drew up trust Norman bunt attny for Zanuck Gorge W Collins attorney for victor and the probate court Marjorie carter who has not protected the Gomez family this is just the tip of the ice burg this story needs to be told so it wont happen to any other victims if you can help tell the story or send this note to officials please file a ripoff report on this site so eveyone will know.
