I had originally recieved something for a free trial offer in the mail through this company. Immediately recieving it and wanting nothing to do with it,I called the number and canelled it. With the cancellation process being so simple, (only had to hit one and your plan was cancelled), I called again just to make sure. Now two 4 months later, i have just realized they have been taking 49.95 out of my account. It has happened twice now and I want that money back. I have never used there services and I have cancelled it twice. I finally spoke to customer service and they told me I would get a check for one months service back. I feel I am completely entitled to the full amount they have taken from me and i want it all back. Daniel pgh, Pennsylvania U.S.A.
