SPS Services has tried for 5 years to get my home. I eventually filed bankruptcy thinking then I could finally get them off my back. It did not work. I am refinancing my mortgage and we found out that they reported paying my property taxes when I have the receipts showing I paid them. They are now saying that there are late fees that they never included in the bankruptcy. and this whole time they charged me interest and fees on these amounts. This has been the longest and most stressful 7+ years of my life. All they did was change thier name and never stopped doing what they were sued for in the class action when they were Fairbanks.
