I have been using Bidz.com for about 6 months now. For the most part, their products are good, but I have found that some things are not represented exactly as they are. For instance, the pictures often reflect a larger size, either stone or chain, than there really is in the jewelry. Also, you have to be aware of the gram weight. If you are bidding on gold, make sure it is at least 6 or 7 grams or more depending on the piece you are ordering. Earrings can be slightly less, but if it says l.9 grams or less, stay away from it. My biggest complaint is the shipping charges. They ship all the articles in one (1) bag. The charge for the bag is $8.95, but they add $3.00 for each item after that. This comes to a hefty $28.-$30. Shipping cost. Last but not least, keeping 15% re stocking fee is not fair. When a customer returns an item, it should be fully refunded. Patricia Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey U.S.A.
