This company is rediculous...I worked there for a period of time... They are a moving broker but act and speak as if they are the mover...They promise and guarantee things and in fine fine fine print have on the customers signed paperwork that they only have estimates spreads no guarantees...They hire D rated BBB companies that work out of thier home and arent allowed to find out the carriers name until 72 hours prior to pick up...If a customer then decides that this is not a reputible company they cannot cancel otherwise they loose thier deposit... When a customer then says I want to speak to my estimator the estimator never answers the phone and ignores voicemails...All of these are many of the customer complaints you will see all over the internet and on BBB.org.... The internal office was a catastrophie...Upon being hired I was told they were a proffessional enviorment in which you had to dress and speak proffessional...Thus did not occur...Nor did the drug tests they claimed you had to take upon acceptance...Later I noticed people were dressing down, coming to work high on drugs, and rolling "blunts" (cigars rolled with weed) at thier desks...When confronting them they told me that thier cubicle isle was "Blunt Ave." One day i over heard the seinor manager say "I hired him with a blunt hanging out his mouth." Other customer service supervisors were differant... Sarah my head supervisor would ignore me when I had a question or mock me when I was saying somthing... Sitting on those phones listening to customers cry to you about our company kills you inside...I will never forget Janet, 70 year old woman who moved one state over...It took a month and a half for her to recieve her items and she was over charged by the movers...I followed up with the lathargic carrier for 2 months to find out her actual weight and within those 2 months the customer had TWO STROKES!!! I felt so be bad for this woman I wish I could have done more... I tried to quit 2 times in which the head manager begged me to stay saying "No please stay we need you, and you know you need the money" Both times were with in the heavy moving season...Then once it slowed down they fired me for giving the movers a hard time when they were trying to scam a customer... Also one day I made a harmless joke an african american co-worker started screaming at me in my face screaming curse words throught the floor... He also stated that I was afraid of black people which made me feel more uncomfortable than I already was considering I was the only caucaisan person in the office...The funny thing about this was I was written up...And they did nothing to him...They forced me to sign things or Id loose my job *That was not directy said but was assumed due to inuendoes* There is so much more for me to say but at this time I am far too frustraited to continue...All I have to say further is that that company is a scam and should not be allowed to exist...
