My mom ordered a John Deere weather vane through the mail from Starcrest back in May of 2006. She sent them a check and got the processed check back, showing that they cashed the check and have her money. But they never sent her the item!!! I think Starcrest is a fraud and I will warn others to not purchase from them. They take your money and give nothing in return!!! Michele Commiskey, Indiana U.S.A. Don't just let it go.

I would strongly urge you to send them A COPY of the front and back of that cashed check, and tell them if you want the merchandise or a refund. I recommend a refund though. They do this about 50 times a day. It's not intentional dishonesty, just negligence. Their address is 19465 Brennan Ave. Perris CA 92599 Ellen - Riverside, California U.S.A.
