I am currently a manager for Bonnie Lynn Apts. The owner John Orlandini refuses to replace the heater for my Apt. This Heater/Ac is the most in-efficient piece of junk which needs to be replaced not to mention running up the cost of my utilitly bill. I have placed numerous service calls to get this fixed only to be ignored. The AC Technician thats employed by JD Enterprise has no certification and basically fixes everything with a screwdriver and a roll of Duct Tape. This is un-acceptable and something needs to be done. John Orlandini is currently trying to sell the buiding, but may I need to remind him that there are still tenants living there and he has a responsibility still. What can I do, any suggestions would be appreciated. Also there are other issues with this company that I will post in a later doc concerning illegals and immigration issues(Yes they have illegals working for them using real social security #'s which I think is totally uncool. I have personally reported them to INS/ICE Paul phoenix, Arizona U.S.A.
